This spread took me back 10 years :) It reminds me of a baguette I used to eat from a chain called Café Picnic. It contained chicken, which my sandwich don't, but if you eat meat you can add it. Curry gives such a great taste to the spread.
Vegan Curry Bean Spread
2 dl chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 dl cannellini beans
1 tbsp vegan mayo
1-2 tsp lemon juice
fresh dill to taste
salt, to taste
curry powder to taste
pinch of black pepper
pinch of paprika
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender until smooth. Season to taste.
Vegan Curry Bönröra
2 dl kikärtor, sköljda
2 dl cannellini bönor
1 msk vegan mayo
1-2 tsk citronsaft
färsk dill efter smak
salt efter smak
currypulver efter smak
nypa svartpeppar
