A granola with the taste of banana pie, how does that sound? And a banana pie needs also cinnamon, so that's what I added. I also use protein powder, but that is nothing you need to use. This is a very simple granola with few ingredients, but you could add nuts, seeds or other ingredients of your choice. This granola is yummy to have on quark.
Banana Pie Granola
3 dl oats
0.5 dl pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, mashed
water if needed
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. If the mixture is dry add some water. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in 175 C degrees for about 25 minutes. Stir a couple of times during baking.

0,5 dl pumpafrön
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver
1 tsk kanel
1 banan, mosad
