In today's recipe, I have no measurements, but a list of the ingredients I used. I have always liked lasagna and I prefer a lasagna that is creamy and loose. So therefore I use a lot of tomato sauce and cheese sauce. This time I had leftover roasted vegetables and ricotta that needed to be used, so i made lasagna.
Ricotta Lasagna
ricotta
parmesan, grated
cheddar, grated
salt
peppar
garlic powder
fresh pasta sheets
tomato sauce
oven roasted vegetables
Mix together ricotta, parmesan, cheddar and spices. Put some tomato sauce on the bottom of an oven dish. Make layers of pasta sheets - oven roasted vegetables - ricotta mixture. Do this procedure a few more times. Top the lasagne with grated cheese. Bake in 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes.

ugnsrostade grönsaker
Blanda ricotta, parmesan, cheddar och kryddor. Täck en ugnsform med tomatsås och lägg på pasta-ark - ugnsrostade grönsaker - ricottablandning. Gör denna procedur några varv. Toppa lasagnen med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C grader i ca 30 minuter.
