Blanda ägg, grädde och kryddor i en skål. Värm en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek grönkålen någon minut. Häll på äggblandningen och stek omeletten på båda sidor.
Kale Omelet
3 eggs
a dash of cream
salt
pepper
handful of kale
Mix eggs, cream and spices in a bowl. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry the kale for a minute. Pour in the egg mixture and fry the omelette on both sides.
