Last weekend I went with my husband and our friend to an Italian food expo. I love cheese and you could try many different cheeses, such as buffalo mozzarella and one that had matured in a cave for ten years! It was actually very good and had a deep, strong flavor. You could participate in wine tasting and watch famous chefs, for instance Giovanni Caminita, cooked typical Italian food. You could even taste Italian beer, but I do not like beer so I did not try that. Have you seen licorice that is shaped into pasta, ha ha, no, neither did I until now. A fun day in good company with a lot of taste samples.
