Since we came home from Bali I have often made Bircher muesli, so delicious and filling. When using banana no other sweeteners is needed, but it is up to each one of you to decide. It is also yummy to add berries in the porridge and I top mine with more fruit and berries.
Bircher Muesli with Banana
1 dl rolled oats
2 dl milk of choice
2 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp superfood powder (nettle, hemp seed, rowan berries, marigold)
1 banana, mashed
strawberries, halved
Stir together all the ingredients in a jar and put in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
Bircher Müsli med Banan
1 dl havregryn
2 dl valbar mjölk
2 tsk linfrön
1 tsp superfoodpulver (nässla, hampafrö, rönnbär, ringblomma)
1 banana, mosad
jordgubbar, delade
Rör ihop alla ingredienserna i en burk och lägg i kylen över natten eller för några timmar.
