A post workout smoothie loaded with protein and antioxidants. You could add good fats in the form of avocado, peanut butter or coconut oil. Well, next time :) Do you like protein smoothies?
Banana Chocolate Protein Smoothie
2 bananas, frozen
1 dl berries
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp blueberry powder
water, cold
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Add water until desired consistency. Enjoy!
Banan Choklad Proteinsmoothie
2 bananer, frysta
1 dl bär
1-2 skopor chokladproteinpulver (sunwarrior)
1 tsk baobabpulver
vatten, kallt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer. Tillsätt vatten tills önskad konsistens. Njut!

Har kanske haft hemma proteinpulver bara en gång,för länge sen,men skulle gärna pröva på din smoothie:)
