A not so sweet cake filled with protein. It was little watery due to the cottage cheese.
2 dl grynost
1 ägg
1 msk grädde
1 msk socker
1 msk socker
1 tsk vaniljsocker
sylt
Blanda ihop alla
ingredienser och häll upp i portionsformar. Klicka i valfri sylt. Grädda i 200
grader ca 30-40 minuter, beroende på storleken av formen. Kakan skall stelna
och få fin färg. Servera med vaniljglass.
Cottage Cheese Cake
with Jam
2 dl cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
jam
Mix all ingredients and pour into individual
molds. Put some jam on the cakes. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes,
depending on the size of the shape. The cake
is ready when solidified and gotten a nice color. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

ReplyDeleteIhana idea! Taalla tahtoo tuo raejuusto olla aina kermaista (siis vaharasvaista, mutta rakenteeltaan kermaista) eika rakeista niinkuin Suomessa. Tama kuulostaa kylla hyvalta siita huolimatta! :-)
