Christmas food is good! My favorite of the casseroles are sweetened potato casserole. When I was younger, my favorite was carrot casserole, later it was swede casserole and today it is sweetened potato casserole. But they are all good of course! What is your favorite Christmas food?

Sweetened potato- carrot- and swede casseroles, creamed mushrooms,
beetroot salad, soy balls, Karelian rice pasty with egg-butter spread,
oatmeal cookie.
