Flatbread is easy to make because they do not contain yeast and thus do not need time to rise. These breads are good for breakfast at the weekend as you have more time to make breakfast.
Vegan Morotstunnbröd
2 dl fullkornsmjöl
2 dl havregryn
2 msk pumpafrön
1,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk salt
2 dl havremjölk
2 msk olja
2 dl fint riven morot
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Klicka ut 6 st högar med smet på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Platta dem en aning. Grädda i 200 C ugn i ca 15 minuter.
Vegan Carrot Flatbread
2 dl whole grain flour
2 dl oats
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 dl oat milk
2 tbsp oil
