Raspberry and almond is a classic combo, and is often associated with Mazarin. I baked a cake with raspberry jam and almond essence and the cake is moist and slightly sticky. Do you like raspberries and almonds together?
Äggfri Hallon-Mandelkaka
100 g smör, smält
100 g creme fraiche
0,5 dl hallonsylt
1 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker, Good Good Via Health
1,5 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver

Blanda creme fraiche och sylt i det smälta smöret. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad bakform och grädda i 175 C i ca 35-40 minuter.

100 g creme fraiche
0.5 dl raspberry jam
1 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar, Good Good Via Health
2 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
almond essence
Mix creme fraiche and jam in the melted butter. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a greased and floured baking tin and bake at 175 C for about 35-40 minutes.
