Berries provide a good sweet taste to smoothies and to make it more satisfying, I have also added protein powder. You could add oats as well.
Bärsmoothie
1 fryst banan
1 dl frysta jordgubbar
0,5 dl frysta blåbär
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver
1 tsk blåbärspulver (holistic.se)
1 tsk korngräs (holistic.se)
2-3 dl vatten, kallt
Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer och häll upp i ett glas.

1 dl frozen strawberries
0.5 dl frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp blueberry powder (holistic.se)
1 tsp barley grass (holistic.se)
2-3 dl water, cold
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a glass.
