I like crunchy granola and prefer a little larger pieces and that is what this recipe gives :) If you don't want to use nuts, you can exclude them and instead use seeds. This granola is so good that you can eat it as it is, but usually I have it on my quark or yogurt.
Lucuma Granola
3 dl oats
1 egg white (30 g)
4 tbsp vanilla hemp protein powder (Fitnessguru)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp nuts
1 tbsp peanut butter (Fitnessguru)
2 tsp lucuma powder
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in 175 C degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in a jar.
Lucuma Granola

1 äggvita (30 g)
4 msk vanilj hampa proteinpulver (Fitnessguru)
2 msk pumpafrön
2 msk nötter
1 msk jordnötssmör (Fitnessguru)
2 tsk lucumapulver
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och sprid blandningen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna och förvara i en burk.
