Chocolate and peanut butter can never go wrong. No, that's how it is, and these cookies with the taste of these two are so good with afternoon coffee. The cookies are soft and contains no sugar and is gluten-free as well. As a sweetener I used Walden Farms chocolate syrup.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
6 cookies
3/4 dl almond flour
2 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
2 tbsp cream cheese
0,5 tbsp butter, soft
1 tbsp Walden Farms chocolate syrup
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl. Shape the batter into six balls and flatten them slightly. Bake in 160 C for about 18 minutes.

3/4 dl mandelmjöl
2 msk jordnötssmör, smooth
2 msk färskost
0,5 msk smör, mjukt
1 msk Walden Farms chokladsirap
Rör alla ingredienser i en skål. Forma smeten till 6 bollar och platta till dem lätt. Grädda i 160 C grader i ca 18 minuter.
