I have baked with erythritol again and made these chocolate cookies and they turned out successful with a deep flavor of cocoa. Remember when I baked these and they gave a strange, cold feeling in your mouth. But that feeling did not occur in these cookies.
Low carb Chocolate Cookies
6 cookies
60 g cream cheese
3 tbsp erythritol
50 g butter, melted
1 egg
45 g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Blend cream cheese with erythritol until smooth. Add melted butter and egg, mix well. Gently fold in cocoa powder and vanilla. Spoon mixture into round shapes. Bake for about 12 minutes. Let them cool completely.

3 msk erythritol
50 g smör, smält
1 ägg
45 g kakaopulver
3/4 tsk vaniljextrakt
