I made these waffles with a Belgian waffle and got holes in them. I can imagine that they would look better in a regular waffle iron, but the taste will be the same anyway. Do as you wish :) I served the waffles with egg butter.
Gluten-Free Waffles
5 pcs
85 g cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 dl cheese, grated
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients using an hand blender until smooth. The batter is going to be loose, that's how it should be. Heat your waffle iron, then pour on the waffle mix. Bake the waffles for about 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite topping.
Glutenfria Våfflor
5 st
85 g färskost
3 ägg
1 msk kokosmjöl
1 tsk psylliumpulver
1 tsk bakpulver
0,5 dl ost, riven
1/8 tsk salt
nypa svartpeppar
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser med hjälp av en stavmixer tills slät. Smeten kommer att vara lös, det är så den ska vara. Värm ditt våffeljärn, häll sedan på våffelsmeten. Grädda våfflorna i ca 5 minuter. Servera med din favorit topping.
