I love to drink a protein smoothie after my workout and this contains greens, protein powder, good fats and antioxidants. When using frozen fruit the smoothie gets wonderfully cold, the way I like my smoothie to be.
Blueberry Protein Smoothie
3 dl water, cold
3 dl frozen carrots, peaches, banana, mango
1 handful of kale
2 scoops of protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp blueberry powder
1 tsp baobab powder
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Blåbärs-Proteinsmoothie
3 dl vatten, kallt
3 dl frysta morötter, persika, banan, mango
1 handfull grönkål
2 skopor proteinpulver
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 tsk blåbärspulver
1 tsk baobabpulver
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer tills slät. Häll i ett glas och njut!
