Tomat-mascarponesås

1 burk hela tomater
1 lök
1 vitlöksklyfta
färsk basilika
salt
peppar
socker
3-5 msk mascarponeost

kokt pasta

Stek hackad lök och vitlök en stund. Häll sedan i tomaterna. Låt sjuda ca 20 minuter. Krydda. Mixa blandningen med en handmixer ganska slät. Blanda till sist i mascarponeost. Blanda ner den kokta pastan. Servera med parmesanost.


Tomato-Mascarpone Sauce

1 can whole tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
fresh basil
salt
pepper
sugar
3-5 tbsp mascarpone cheese

cooked pasta

Fry chopped onion and garlic for a while. Pour in the tomatoes. Let simmer about 20 minutes. Season to taste. Blend mixture with a hand mixer pretty smooth. Mix in the mascarpone and the cooked pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese.
